Levels in knowledge

The autor will introduce the notion of level related to the one of knowledge. We will draw examples from physics, art, history and philosophy of science. The relation observer – observed will be further analysed from this point of view of interplay between levels, exploring the role and limits of prediction. We will round up by focusing on the importance of imaginative processes.
